By choosing to work with Solid Staffing as a candidate you will not have to spend time seeking out training providers to meet your mandatory requirements.  Our trainers have first line experience of healthcare provision and so we understand what is required to minimise risk to both you and your patients or those you provide care to.

We provide mandatory classroom based courses at our Birmingham training venue and also deliver practical courses with real demonstrations and real-world training exercises – such as the correct, safe use of medical hoists and beds when moving patients in a purpose made training facility.  Alternatively we can deliver training in your chosen venue.  Courses are run from 09.30am to 5.00pm. (7.5 hour courses).

Obligatory Compliance Day 1

This obligatory course is required for professionals working in the allied health remit as well as nursing professionals and agency nurses  The course includes training to meet the needs of hospitals’ Care Quality Commission and NHS Buying Solutions.
